Yes that works great or let the dough get to room temperature and then make the cookies, making sure to pack them tightly in your cookie scoop.

I have made your cluster cookies three times now, they taste great but are much too crumbly.
I have added a couple of tablespoons of milk after doing a test bake each time .

Also with the 1 3-ounce instant vanilla pudding mix, my box says 102g? Do you know if these are the same? I believe the condensed milk is the same but not sure about the pudding mix. (I grabbed the jell-o brand if that helps)
