Holy Smokes!!! This one was a labor of love and totally worth it!!! Each element was incredible! I already knew the salted caramel and buttercream were 💯 from the Twix cake… but adding that delicious peanut butter cookie dough and the best chocolate cake and the nutter butter crust was over the top! Amazing! You hit it out of the park with this one!

Made this for a 50th b-day celebration and everyone raved about it. I bake using weights/scale for measuring. The PB edible cookie dough came out very dry and crumbly and didn’t hold together, so I added about 1 T melted butter and 2 more T Skippy PB and it became a nice pliable dough that I was able to mold into a disk to place between the layers. I still give this 5 stars because this cake has so many delicious components and layers. Definitely, will be making this again.
