In the Tips, you say to have the sour cream at room temperature. But no sour cream is in the Ingredients list. Did you mean to have the buttermilk at room temp?

Texas Sheet Cake”. Your instructions say “sour cream” should be room temperature. As sour cream is not listed as an ingredient, did you mean “buttermilk” should be room temperature?
